It’s a perspective based on the core beliefs that: • Intentional Investing is a journey not a destination. • We all need money to live our lives. We do not need to be rich to live fully. • We all have a relationship with money whether we are aware of it or not. That relationship can be satisfying, disappointing, frustrating, secure, neglectful, conflicted. • The meaning that money has for us greatly influences how we earn, spend, save and invest it. • We can intentionally shift and change our relationship to money so that it is more satisfying and secure. • Taking charge of our money is essential to truly being empowered. It is our right and our responsibility to ourself. Not everyone can be the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) or CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of a Fortune 500 company - or any company for that matter. However, we CAN be the CEOs and CFOs of our lives. CEOs and CFOs are leaders. They are empowered to lead by having critical knowledge and experience, a vision and a mission by which to chart the direction of their company and a willingness or commitment to step up to the plate and make important decisions in the best interest of the company. Intentional Investing is about learning to take personal leadership. Taking charge of your financial life empowers you with money. You control it rather than money controlling you. Sounds simple? Truthfully, it's not rocket science. The hardest part is really "walking your talk." What does it really mean to "take personal leadership?" How do I know I'm not just making excuses for myself when I look at what influenced the way I earn, save, and spend money? What DO I really value? What makes any choice more "healthy" for me than another? Those are the questions that Intentional Investing helps you to answer. For many of us, it can be easier to "walk our talk" when we surround ourselves with others who support our efforts. So take advantage of the resources here - free teleclasses, an Intentional Investing group, coaching, and the coming attractions on the website. Read more about these offerings in the Intentional Investing Announcements section. Invest in your journey to financial freedom and well-being, whatever that journey might be. You're worth it.
